Aeternus Intelligence is an AI implementation and training consultancy. We take a business from A to B with AI: map how it runs and where AI applies, automate manual processes, build CRM and sales systems, design websites and marketing, get the business recommended by AI assistants, run ads, and train the team to keep building on its own. We're based in Boca Raton, Florida and serve businesses across the United States.

AI Roadmap is $2,500 one-time and credited toward a build. Build & Teach is $10,000 flat: a roadmap, three systems built with you, six recorded training sessions, written playbooks and 30 days of support. Build & Teach + Growth Partner is $10,000 plus $3,500 a month. Office Hours is $1,500 a month. Software and ad spend are paid directly to vendors and are not included.

Small, medium and large businesses. The flat-fee engagement covers one business and three systems. Companies with multiple locations or brands get a custom scope and internal training.

Most engagements run six to eight weeks from kickoff to the final training session, depending on how quickly your team can provide access, examples and approvals.

Building your website, listings and content so AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews name and recommend your business when someone asks a relevant question. It is also called generative engine optimization (GEO) or answer engine optimization (AEO).

Yes. Website design and development, landing pages, brand identity, ad creative and social templates are all part of what we build. Each comes with editable templates so your team can make the next one.

Whatever fits the business and budget. Typically Claude and ChatGPT for assistants and projects, Zapier or Make for automation, your existing CRM or a purpose-built one, and Meta and Google Ads for paid traffic. We're vendor-neutral and you own every account.
