You fill out the goals form. We walk through how the business runs with the people who do the work, check how AI assistants and Google describe you, and send a written roadmap before anything is built.
Build
Three systems, in the order the roadmap set, built in recorded working sessions with your team in the room.
Teach
Your team learns to run, change and extend each system, and to use Claude and ChatGPT for real work. Written playbooks for all of it.
Keep going
A 90-day plan with the next three projects scoped. You build them; we're a message away for 30 days, or on a monthly plan if you want us to keep building with you.
